He is survived by: his wife Wanda Minor Blackwell; his children, Leigh Ann Wiechern (Howard), Chad Summerford (Stephanie) and Brent Manning (Mandy); his grandson Andrew Wiechern (Cali); and his children, Luke Summerford Adam (Savannah), Emily Manning, Lucy Summerford, Elizabeth Ann Wiechern, Natalie Manning and Lily Summerford.
