He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Diane Luker Lemke; and his husband John Cooley. He is survived by: his father Roy Lester Lemke of Oregon; his sister Paula Small (Mack) of Heth, AR; his son Travis Lemke of Palestine, AR; his stepfather Ralph Reed of Palestine, AR; his aunt Judy Russell of Hot Springs, AR; and his sibling's children, Kimberly Small, Mack Small III and Kirk Kennedy II.
He worked closely with the American Legion, the United Way, and a personal charity of his own.
