She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Montgomery and Lois Montgomery; and her siblings, Wilbert Montgomery (Betty), John "Carroll" Montgomery, Nancy "Deanie" M. Forrester, Leon Montgomery and Ruby Jean Montgomery.
She is survived by: her husband Jeriel Lingo; her children, Karen Kuhn (Paul), Michael "Mike" Lingo (Jennifer) and Diane Kizziar (James "Doug"); her grandchildren, Jason Kuhn (Erica), Brandon Kuhn (Jessica), Natalie Mills (Josh), James "Jim" Kizziar, Sara Kizziar, Clint Foster, Kaitlyn Jarrett (Tim), Karyssa Jackson and Cody Jackson; her great grandchildren, Jordan Mills, Peyton Mills, Ethan Hall, Emme Kuhn, Eva Kuhn, Rhett Kuhn, Reese Kuhn, Ella Kuhn, Lilah Kuhn, Kaia Jackson, Charleigh Owens and LaVenia Jarrett; and her sister-in-law Elizabeth Montgomery.
In lieu of flowers, Sally requested donations be made to the 70 West Church of Christ located at 948 Airport Road, Hot Springs, Arkansas, 71913.
