He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hayward, Betty Manley, Stan Randolph and Bonnie Kirkland; his great-uncle Jack Randolph; his uncles, Stan Randolph, Jr. and Bob Lamont; and his cousin Jack E. Scott, Jr..

He is survived by: his parents, Gary Allen Manley and Deborah Shea Manley (Randolph) of Mena; his daughters, Emily Shea Manley and Morgan Elise Richmond; his siblings, Mary Beth Gardner (Jay Gardner), Sawyer Manley (Heather Manley) and Michael Manley (Erica Manley); his siblings' children, Owen Manley, Dawson Manley, Parker Manley, Cole Manley, Jaycelin Gardner, Lorelli Manley, Lyla Gardner and Saydee Gardner; his grandmother Rosemarie Randolph; and his friend Church. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
