She was predeceased by: her parents, Linda Lou Gilkey and Melvin Charles Dendy; her stepfather Jerry Gilkey; and her sister Kimberly Diane Gatlin. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Cicalo; her cousins, Deborah Reed and Lisa Pierce; her siblings, Marvin "Chris" Kemp, Jr., Douglas Kemp, Eddie Kemp (Heather) and LeAnne Ramsey Nee Dendy; and her sister-in-law Victoria Cicalo. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
