She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence D. Caldwell, Sr.; her father Albert Charles Stephens; and her sisters, Pamala Waltman and Meshiel McFarland. She is survived by: her children, Dale Caldwell (Staci Caldwell) of Washington, DC and Jennifer Caldwell of Hot Springs, AR; her siblings, David Stephens and Vicki Riley of Hot Springs, AR; her brother-in-law Dean Caldwell; and her caregivers, LaQuita Aings, Valarie Dickerson, Chiquita Hearn, Vanessa Huell, Cheryl Morgan-Norman and Tina Travis. She is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Caruth-Hale Funeral Home (155 Section Line Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
