She is survived by: her children, Dale Caldwell (Staci Caldwell) of Washington, DC and Jennifer Caldwell of Hot Springs, AR; her siblings, David Stephens and Vicki Riley of Hot Springs, AR; her brother-in-law Dean Caldwell; and her caregivers, LaQuita Aings, Valarie Dickerson, Chiquita Hearn, Vanessa Huell, Cheryl Morgan-Norman and Tina Travis. She is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.
