He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Garner Sr. and Linda Terrell Garner; his children, Blake Matthew Garner (Laura), Brock Garner and Barret "Tuff" Garner; his siblings, Shawna Thrasher and Shane Garner (Heather); his grandmother Pauline Kirksey of Hot Springs; his children, Gaige Burgett, Tiana Radford and Madison Radford; his aunts, Marva Huff (James) and Tina Burkhalter Jan (Hersheyl); his siblings, Lynde Garner Parks and Matt Huff; and his great-nephew Cannan.
