She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Williams and Esther Carter-Williams; her sister Sandra Beumer; and her stepson James B. Dowds Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her daughter Margaret Dowds (Scott); and her stepdaughters, Judy Johnson and Laura Louis.
