He is survived by: his wife Dana; his children, Thomas, Jr., James, Marla Hampton (Chuck Sebarino) and April Thomas; and his siblings, Wayne Chaney (Tarrie) and Gaye Swaim (Jerry). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
