With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vivian Welch of Hot Springs, Arkansas, who passed away on July 27, 2025 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Beard; and her brother Roy Lee Beard. She is survived by: her husband Roy Welch Jr.; her children, Roy Welch 3rd, Lisa Welch and Mathew Welch; her grandsons, Bryson Hartsell, Benjamin Welch and Gabe Urban; and her brother David Beard (Jennifer).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Smith Family Funeral Home - Hot Springs (2205 Airport Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
