Wade leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Wade’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Wade will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Cook and Mary Cook; and his niece Marya Roxanne Short. He is survived by: his siblings, Tara Cook Flock, Tracy Ketzer (Greg) and Brad Cook (Dana); his son Ryan Cook; and his granddaughter Mary Cook. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests sending donations to UAMS Transplant Department in Little Rock or Bismarck Pentecostal Church. Keep Wade's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
