He is survived by: his wife Christi; his sons, Chris of Dallas, TX and Chase (Amanda) of Nashville, TN; his stepdaughter Paige McCormick of Kennett, MO; his grandson Oliver Huffstutler of Nashville, TN; and his sisters, Linda Holt of Sikeston, MO, Beverly Vandyke of Blytheville, AR and Sandra Spain of Wappapello, MO. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
