She was predeceased by: her father Alfred Baldwin. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Cook (Travis) of Hoxie, Keith Cook of Hoxie and Robert Cook (Vicki) of Walnut Ridge; and her grandchildren, Shasta Richey, Elizabeth Cook, Leaffie Cook, Keith Cook, Jr., Alexis Sherrill, Moriah Monroe, Valorie Cook and Jerricho Cook. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; and a host of other family members and adopted family.
