He is survived by: his wife Ruth Dickerson Maple; his children, Misty Rijo of Cottage Hills, IL, Ruth Matthews (Jason) of Summerville, SC and Jerry Heinzman of Hoxie; his siblings, Sheila Ingram (Rick) of Jonesboro, Ray Maple (Ruby) of Ravenden and Aubrey Maple (Tammy) of Heber Springs; his sister-in-law Evie Maple; his grandchildren, Lisa Fry (Billy), Daren Crull (Madison), Jamie Heinzman (Victoria), John Matthews, Meredith Matthews, Jeramiah Campagna, Liam Hoover and Wiles Matthews; and his great grandchildren, Ellie, Charles Heinzman and Isla Fry.
