He was predeceased by: his parents, Bransford "Buddy" Beene of Hughes, Arkansas. and Lela Mae Beene. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Beene of Marion, Arkansas; his children, Glenn Allen "Stoney" Beene (Traci) of Marianna, Arkansas, Kimberly Cooper (Raymond) of Damascus, Arkansas, Meghan Astin of West Memphis, Arkansas and Chandler Astin (Lydia) of Forrest City, Arkansas; his grandchild Briley Beene Padilla (Kevin) of Marianna, Arkansas; his children, Brittney Beene Andrews of Marianna, Arkansas, Dr. Blayne Beene of Sheridan, Arkansas, Lela Adreann Cooper of Damascus, Arkansas, Paros Kennedy Astin and Jefferson Shepherd Astin of Forrest City, Arkansas; and his siblings, Wayne Beene (Betty) of West Memphis, Arkansas and Linda Beene St. John of Warren, Arkansas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and countless lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church West Memphis (200 N Missouri St, West Memphis, AR 72301). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
