She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilford Barnett Sr. and Jean Brewer Barnett of Stuttgart; her husband Joseph Mack; her siblings, Bobby, Wilford Barnett Jr., Susan Garmon and Laura Sanders; her sons, Steven and Jason Sandine; her stepchildren, David Mack, Christy Dianne Mack and Kimberly Mack; and her granddaughter Mallori Mack.
She is survived by: her sister Beverly Adcox of Fort Dodge, Iowa; her son Alan Sandine of Conway; her sister-in-law Jan Barnett of Stuttgart; her nephew Jeffery Barnett of Stuttgart; her daughter-in-law Karen Sandine of Little Rock; and her stepsons, Andrew Mack (Brooke) of Pine Bluff, Keith Mack (Kerri) of Ulm and Richard Mack of Stuttgart. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
