He is survived by: his wife Betty A. Cruthis; his siblings, Doug Cruthis (Sandra) of DeValls Bluff, Mildred Cruthis Lindsey of Cord and Betty Cruthis Gabe (Charles) of Forrest City, Chosen; and his daughter Angela Ziegenhorn of McCrory. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family has asked in lieu of flowers a memorial donation be made to the Hunter Methodist Church or the charity of your choice.
