He is survived by: his significant other Sandra; his children, Michael Taylor (Kathy), Traci Taylor (Wade), Tonya Ainsworth and Aundrea Ainsworth; and his brother Keith Ainsworth. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
