He was predeceased by: his parents, Verl Gene and Jo Ann Harper (Michael); and his daughter Wren Harper. He is survived by: his wife Linda Harper (Owen); his son Christopher Harper (Ryanne) of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Mia Zonfuly (Mohamed) of Conway, AR and Steven Lu of Fort Smith, AR; and his sister Janet Blocker of Wichita Falls.
