He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Cowan and Shirley Jean Cowan (Meadows). He is survived by: his close friend Vicki Peterson; his children, Austin Cowan, Stevie Cowan and Renee Young; and his stepdaughter Niki Rupe. He is also survived by grandchildren; and (1) great-grandchild.
