Joan left this world on May 31, 2025 at the age of 104, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her mother Ada Webb Harris; her husband Clay McElhaney; her father James Harris; her son Bobby Gene McElhaney; her siblings, Kenneth Harris, Allen Harris, Enid Miller and Daisy Harris; and her sister-in-law Madge Whittemore.
She is survived by: her son James; her daughter-in-law DeAnna McElhaney of Witter; and her daughters, Susan (Herb Marshall) and Jennifer (Ron Bolinger). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory (509 N Gaskill St, Huntsville, AR 72740).
