He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonah Clark and Wilma Clark; and his brothers, Paul Wayne Clark and Stephen Clark. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Eileen Clark; his daughter Rebeccah; his son-in-law Jonathan Blount of Huntsville; his stepson Brandon Bice of Livermore; and his grandchildren, Chase Clark of Springdale, Charly Cantrell of Huntsville and Chaz Cantrell of Huntsville. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
