He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilburn Byron and LaNaya Jean Spratt Fowler; and his brothers, Wilburn "Junior" Fowler and Walter Fowler. He is survived by : his children, Jessica White of Marble, Samuel (Ashley Fowler, Jr.) and Byron (Kylee Fowler); his siblings, Clifton "Bubba" (Diane Fowler), Vaudrey Fowler of Witter and LaNaya; and his brother-in-law Stan Judy of Hindsville. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
