She is survived by: her husband Curtis Harrell; her sister Paula Flodquist; her children, Shawn Brennan, Autumn Chappell (James) and Summer Taylor; and her grandchildren, Tyler Schwerin, Eryn Harrell, Beckett Taylor, Logan Chappell, Adelaide Chappell and Eloise Chappell.
Vicki tutored her older grandson through 1st grade during COVID.
