He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Garfield and Exie Lewis; his daughter Tonya Lewis Guthrie; and his siblings, Jack, Frank Jr., Harold, Donald Lewis and Frankie Ann Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mae Rood Lewis; his children, Barbara Lewis Upton (Wally) and James Lewis (Becky); his grandchildren, Jeremy Upton, Leah Guthrie, Kevin Upton, Brianna Stephenson, Mandy Crowe, Mica Kirkpatrick, Elizabeth Lewis, Aaron Lewis and Rachel Yescas; and his great grandchildren, Gracie, Samuel, Noah Stephenson, Elliana, Kinsley, Jack Carter, Jaxon, Vivian Upton, Danny James, Benjamin, Lewis Yescas, Hannah, Makayla Spence, Emma, Addie and Ella Crowe.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Imboden First Baptist Church or Cedar Glade Baptist Camp.
