He is survived by: his wife Ruth Liles Johns; and his brothers, Linzey Johns (Edith) of Indiana, Anthony Johns (Louise) of Missouri, Bill Johns of Missouri, Darrell Johns (Rhonda) of Missouri and Leroy Johns of Missouri. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
