He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottis Clark and Freeda Justus Clark of Imboden. He is survived by: his wife Janet Willene Clark; his children, Paige Scurlock (Drew) of Jonesboro, Seth Clark (Autumn) of Pocahontas and Kelly McCormic of Imboden; his grandchildren, Owen Scurlock, Abram Scurlock, Jarrett Clark, Haley Kiech, Jace, Dessie Clark, John William Clark and Macy McCormic (Garrett Reese); his great grandchild Jensen Clark; his brother Mark Clark (Terry) of Imboden; and his extended family Peco. He is also survived by his family, friends.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Hope Cemetery.
