She was predeceased by: her parents, Otty Acord and Anna Acord (Schurg); her daughter Alicia Pitts; and her brother Glen Acord. She is survived by: her husband Houston Pitts; her son Shane Pitts (Anita) of Sherwood; her siblings, Bill Acord (Connie) of Clarksville and Mary Birkhahn (Jerry) of Lamar; and her sister-in-law Juanita Acord. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Yale Cemetery (509 W Main St, Clarksville, AR 72830).
