She was predeceased by: her parents, Maynard Rhodes and Myrtle Rhodes (Holland); her husband Donald Gilstrap; her grandchildren, Heather Baker and Peyton Fowler; her brother Kenneth Rhodes; and her niece Rachel Barrett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Myrick (George), Shelia Fowler (Mat) and Sandy Chance (Allen); her sister Joyce Rhodes Barrett; her grandchildren, Chris, Travis, Coe, Courtney, Curtis, Caterina, Leslie, Bailey, Vanda and Randi; her nephews, Justin and Brad; and her niece Deanna (DJ). She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
