He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Masingill (Chris) and DeAnna Collet (Bo); his grandchildren, Hannah Carlisle (Jordan), Mia Hartz (Alec), Canon Collet and Ava Masingill; his great grandchild Hank Calvin Carlisle; and his pet Kokomo. He is also survived by nieces, great nieces and great nephews.
Bill enjoyed a distinguished 30-year career with GTE, serving in leadership roles and earning numerous awards and recognition for his dedication, integrity, and contributions to the company.
