She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Culpepper and Bessie "Ruth" Culpepper; and her husband John New. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Yeager (Sherry), Roy New, Thomas New (Tom) and James New; and her grandchildren, Brandy L. Jones, Anna L. Stout, Kristen McFarland, Shelby Stout, Keri L. Mann, Jon E. New, Taylor A. Fijo, Griffin Stout, Timothy W. New, Jennifer Griffin New, Bentley Stout, Noah Stout, Shane Barstow, Jermi New, Cooper Stout, Shane New, Valerie Stratton, Stefani Stratton, Olivia McFarland, Gavynn New, Lorelei Stratton, Jax McFarland, Liam New, Julian Stratton, Tori Griffin, Luke Mann and Lindsey Griffin.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery (1501 W Maryland Ave, North Little Rock, AR 72120).
