In the vast expanse of eternity, Bobby Joe shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Bobby Joe farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Wilburt and Blanch Donna Houston (Collins); his great grandchild Jimmy Lyons III; and his brother David Houston. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Heinrich (Gary) of Cabot, Debra Gagnon (Paul) of North Carolina, Brenda Ogenski (Kenneth) of Jacksonville and Wayne Houston (Sheila) of Sherwood; and his brothers, Jimmy Houston of Heber Springs and Bill Houston of Roland. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel Hill Memorial Park (1504 N J P Wright Loop Rd, Jacksonville, AR 72076).
