"Dusty" Middleton and Betty Middleton (Phillips) of Bryant; his sister Kathy Elrod (Jimmy) of Alexander; his nephews, Michael William Middleton II (Leigh), Justin Scott Elrod (Kim) and Joshua Blake Elrod (Crystal); and his pet Bailey. He is also survived by four great-nieces, three great-nephews, and many friends and extended family.
