We are sad to announce that, on November 21, 2025, at the age of 51, Candice Emelia Douglas of Jacksonville, Arkansas, born in Yuba City, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Charles Scanlon, Lorraine Scanlon of Sacramento, Joseph and Emelia Illich of Dickinson. She is survived by: her husband Woody Douglas; her parents, Karen Kemp (Randy) and Vernon Illich (Barbara); her children, David Douglas, Dalton Buck (Alexis), Amanda Snelson (Dakota) and Devin Douglas; her grandchildren, Barrett, Tucker, Clay and Lyliah; her great grandchild Carter; and her siblings, Bobbi Thompson, Randy Kemp (Stephanie) and Casey Stewart (Zack). She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
