Kitchens Jr.; his stepsons, Carl, Franklin and Daniel Chrobak; his siblings, Janice Carroll and Lynn Dillion; his granddaughters, Brittany Mavity, Suzanne Kitchens and Destiny Kitchens; his great grandchildren, David Bocksnick Jr., Shay Mavity, Jace Mavity and Bowden Carrington; and his close friends, Wayne and Laverne Tucker.
