He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Salathiel DeRusse and Juanita Perez DeRusse; his wife Joyce DeRusse; his daughters, Deona Schut (Todd), Denae Charlesworth (Mike) and Jamie Trapp (Clark); and his stepson Carl McReynolds Jr. (Cara). He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the State Funeral Service (2620 W Main St, Jacksonville, AR 72076). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Memorial Park (1504 N J P Wright Loop Rd, Jacksonville, AR 72076).
