He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Eugene Rasmussen and Norma Jean Fowler; his daughter Cecilia Ann Rasmussen; and his brother Douglas Rasmussen. He is survived by: his wife Erlina Hunter; his children, Marian Nichole Rasmussen, Gloria Hunter and David Reed Rasmussen (Katherine); his granddaughter Zoe Sophia Rasmussen; his siblings, Kadi Lewis, Debra Costley, Richard Rasmussen and Larry Rasmussen; and his former wife Deborah Louise Binz. He is also survived by one nephew and three nieces.
