He is survived by: his wife Donna Meredith; his daughters, Melissa Silverman (Larry) and Alecia Golden; his stepson Jeff Bailey; his siblings, John Meredith Sr. (Frances), Virginia Yeager and Fred Meredith (Linda); his grandchildren, Leah Silverman, Hailey Golden, Max Golden, Chance Golden, Mason Bailey and Liam Bailey; and his great grandchild Faith Bailey.
