Herman R.L. Speaks Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herman R. L. Speaks (Jacksonville, Arkansas), who passed away on July 14, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Speaks and Myrtle Speaks; and his stepson Cecil "Chet" Wages. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Speaks; his daughters, Darlene (Gerald Parrish), Amber (Brian Randeau), Sandy (Bobby Hall) and Brandy Kotch of Clarksville; his grandchildren, April, Robert, Derrick, Devlyn, Santana, Savannah, Farika, Gracie, Brylee, Ariya, Taylor, Coby, Josiah, Alicia and Sean; and also Lincoln Wages of Clarksville. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
