She was predeceased by: her children, Kathy Starr and Jerry Ford Jr.; and her grandchildren, Kelli Pittman, Will Guess and Jeremy Goshien.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Goshien and Lisa Ford of Cabot. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren, 3 brothers, 3 sisters, and other cherished family members and friends.
