He was predeceased by: his wives, Garnett Louise Donnelly (Reid) and Mary Reid; and his brother Wiley Reid. He is survived by: his children, James L. Reid (Sheryl), David G. Reid (Teresa) and Denise Reid Hoggard (Glen Hoggard) of Little Rock, AR.; his grandchildren, Lawren Aycock (Chris Aycock) of Cabot, AR, Eva Lindsey Wojcik (Aaron Wojcik) of Nashville, TN, Lacy J. Copley (Terry Copley) of Cabot, AR, Jared Reid (Mandy Reid) of Little Rock, AR, Bonnie Spitler (Paul Spitler) of Fayetteville, AR, Hank Hoggard of Bella Vista, AR and Hal Hoggard (Corbin Taylor Langley) of Little Rock; his great grandchildren, Morganne Fason, Maddox White, Oliver, Hazel, Stella Wojcik, Aiden, Preston Copley, Simon, Jonah, Lucas Reid, Hannah McNamara and Brandon Spitler; and his great great grandchild Alexis McNamara. He is also survived by stepchildren, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
He delivered meals on wheels for decades finally stopping that service after Covid years.
