He was predeceased by: his parents, James Smith and Beatrice Smith; and his son Steven Michael. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Webb Smith; his son Randall Smith (Shana) of Austin, Texas; his grandchildren, Elliott and Juniper Smith; and his sister Jeanette Primm.
Funeral service for family members only (because of COVID-19) will be held at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home.
