He is survived by: his father James Larry Talley Sr.; his wife Twolla Talley; his children, Brooke Meleney, Bridget Tatum (Allyn), Ashley Stanley (Thomas), Douglas Meleney, Terra Conrad (Tyler), James Stivers (Dana) and Jessie Ann; and his siblings, James Talley Jr. (Michelle), Keri Lynn, Kylee Talley and Jennifer Talley. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
