He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Marion and Mary Winona Jacobsen; his former wife Anita Jacobsen; and his sister Juanita Shipmen. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Mogish (Brent) of Cabot, Tom Jacobsen (Addie) of Copperas Cove, Donnie Jacobsen of Little Rock and Debbie Tidwell (Robert) of Jacksonville, Arkansas; his siblings, Marion Knight of Little Rock and Robert Jacobsen of Shannon Hills, Arkansas; and his fiancée Martha Robertson. He is also survived by 7 grandkids; 6 great-grandkids; several nieces and nephews.
