is survived by : his mother Mary Baker; his wife Tamy Baker (Sipes); his brother Bobby Opdycke (Annie) of Oklahoma; and his children, Jay Baker (Jessica) of Cabot and Nickole Baker of Jacksonville. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren.
