She is survived by: her parents, Jurdon "Bud" Perry (JoAnn) and Nica Elizabeth Carr; her son Dallas Kelloms; her grandchildren, Amelia Kelloms and Augustus Kelloms; and her brothers, Mark Perry (Valerie) and Scott Perry (Dana). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
