She is survived by: her children, Billy Collins, Leta Collins (Steve Arnold) and Steve Collins; her grandchildren, Christine Rosalas and Roger Arnold; her siblings, Leona Kelley and Bobby Shirley; and her caregiver John Jacques. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
