She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Howarth and Mary E Easterbrooks; and her brother Randall Howarth. She is survived by: her spouse Jennifer Howarth; her daughter Amanda Heitman (David); her stepmother Marilyn Howarth; and her siblings, Perry Howarth, Donna White and Jeff Leonard. She is also survived by six grandchildren, two great grandchildren, one niece, and three nephews.
