It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marthell Hoggard of Jacksonville, Arkansas, who passed away on October 5, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar O'Quinn and Flossie McCorkle O'Quinn; her husband Russell Livingston Hoggard; her siblings, Howard, Granville, Walter Edward and Marie Lambert; and her grandson Jody Hoggard.

She is survived by: her sister Nelda Florence (George); her children, Raymond (Nancy), Lonnie, Catherine Eckelkamp (Thomas) and Dennis; her grandchildren, Jason Hoggard, Kristi Sutton (Cory) and Mark Eckelkamp (Mandy); her great grandchildren, Brock, Olivia, Kaitlyn, Jesse, Ashton, Cassie, Trinity, Kyra and Emma; and her great great grandchild Reuben.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Baptist Health Hospice Care or Bayou Meto Baptist Church.
