It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Frances Singleton of Jacksonville, Arkansas, born in Wilmot, Arkansas, who passed away on February 14, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick B. Dillon and Kelma C. Dillon (Locke); her siblings, Patrick B. Dillon, Jr. and Linda J. Deverell (Dillon); her aunt Annie Mae Matthews; and her granddaughter Jamie Frances Singleton.
She is survived by: her children, African, Bill, Thomas R. Singleton (Hobbit), James P. Singleton (Heather) and Sherri S. Davenport (Chris); her grandchildren, Jennifer S. Miller (Darren), Shawn T. Singleton (Julie), Benjamin P. Singleton (Deanna), Justin Davenport, Michael Davenport and Lilee Jae Singleton; her great grandchildren, Emmeline Miller, Niko Fallon and Dallas Singleton; her brother-in-law Terry Deverell; her cousin Jane Matthews; and her great-nieces, Glenda Minor Oden (Gary) and Judy Minor Akins (Nick).
In lieu of sending flowers, the family asks that you remember Fran by planting something beautiful in your own yard or container garden this spring. Donations can also be made to the Blue Star Memorial Project of National Garden Clubs.
